Ethnographic linguistic study centred on a typical field of the Argentine society, like that one of the wine culture. Product of a detailed investigation by the author that included trips of field and the tracking in sources of difficult access. Includes terms that are used habitually in the region of Cuyo, that conforms a sector of the Argentina where the gravepin is felt as proper, genuine and traditional culture, and where the wine production, as a fundamental economic sustenance.
